Frequent spikes in blood pressure weaken the heart muscle and can lead to coronary disease. Learning ways to cope with stress and anxiety through lifestyle changes can help you increase your heart health and your path to recovery after a heart event.


The Mended Hearts, Inc. has partnered with Mental Health America. Through this partnership, we have our own personal link to help those identify mental health issues they may have and provide resources to assist in handling those feelings.
