Mended Hearts & Mended Little Hearts Regional Conferences
Empower, Educate and Inspire in 2020! In 2016, Mended Hearts decided to take its highly acclaimed national education and training conference to its members with its On the Road Regional Conferences. The rubber hit the road, so to speak, and this concept caught on quickly with more than 700 patients, caregivers and medical professionals attending regional conferences in six different locations.
In 2019 and 2020, Mended Hearts is taking this successful regional conference concept and merging it, in twelve specific locations, with its much-loved cluster meetings. Cluster meetings are where a group of chapters joins together to hold one mini-conference to serve many people at one time. By combining these two effective models for empowering, educating and inspiring heart patients and families, the Regional Educational Meetings will reach more heart patients, caregivers and families than ever before. Please join us in this exciting journey as we empower, educate, and inspire heart patients, caregivers, and families in communities across the nation.
About the Mended Hearts Regional Meetings
Mended Hearts Regional Conferences will be attended by heart patients, caregivers, family members, chapter leaders and board members (representing almost 30,000 members across the national and around the world). These regional conference programs will offer the latest in cardiovascular treatment and care, patient advocacy information, as well as opportunities for heart patients to network and share their experiences. There will be a standard agenda with some topics pre-designed for the Regional Meeting leaders, as well as a few sessions tailored to the individual community in the conference location.
